What's the Republican strategy? What's their plan? What the alternative to what the administration is doing? These are the questions that remain unanswered. They don't have to control anything to have strategies, plans and alternatives. What would they do if they had control? Let's hear it.

You've seen them posted here. You just chose to ignore and mock them. As a refresher, the same applies to our southern border. Close the dang thing. Stop all flights from affected areas of Africa. All international passengers should be screened for previous travel. Any passenger from an outside country who has traveled to an affected area within the previous 30-days should be forbidden from entry to the USA.

Yep. That's it. And yep, you bet the prez and his henchmen don't like it.

That's the Republican plan? Stop the flights to/from the affected areas?

Some plan with only ONE Republican out there to tout it - and that days after Alan Grayson has already laid claim to that plan - however nonsensical it is.

Nice try, son, but you'll have to do better if you want to run with the big dogs. Now go get your crayons.

Did you watch his interview? And I assume you take issue with his assertions. Seemed to make sense to me but I'm no microbiologist nor medical doctor.

Neither am I. But I don't get riled up over some lone wolf vying for publicity.

This is the conservative aisle. We're serving steak, lobster, biscuits and gravy. You're welcome to join us, but you wouldn't like it. We enjoy talking about conservative things and have nothing in common with you. One of our lunch servers named: Ole Fred is a funny guy. Every now and then one of those bleeding heart fruits and nut people stop by for lunch. He pulls their chairs out from under 'em and then slaps on on the back and says 'howdy, fruit loops. '

The fruits and nuts aisle is way, way over there. Listen, you can hear them whining, and moaning, and complaining. Those are your people. They agree with you.

Wha...? You don't even pretend to answer the question; just went straight into personal attack. As always, if you had a substantive answer, you'd have provided it. Again though:

They don't seem to enjoy the benefits of 'magic unicorn power' or the dictatorial "pen & phone" rules the Dems regularly employ. <_<

  Please show me the outrage the GOP is showing for the handling of the ebola. It's funny the party of no has no problem saying no any other time, isn't it? Lame excuses. Try again. Or better yet, head out to Splash At The Boathouse and have a nice relaxing dinner.

Not riled up but, his assessment seemed to make sense. Especially if the CDC says one day that Ebola can't to the U.S. and the next day it does. And publicity?, maybe there are concerned citizens out there that feel compelled to speak up for the better good. Would surely suck if he is even half right. Given that he just returned from Guatemala before boarding his flight in Atalanta the guy probably knows what he's talking about but, I will defer to experts on that. Time will tell if there is a reason to get riled up.

I think you will find that what is being said is that because the US has high standards of hygiene and excellent medical services and facilities, the chances of there being a severe outbreak of Ebola in the US are slim to none. Anything else is just a misunderstanding. Of course you can't 'close' America any more than you can close any country in the modern day but this is not a poor country with poor people who don't have access to clean running water and modern health care. Africa is.
