My fiance has only been working for the past year. All the other years his income have been 0. He has been working this past year making 20/21k. We don't have a co-sponsor and I'm worried that because of this being his first full time employment ever, they may decline it. Has any else been in a similar situation?

It is fine. If he had been working 3 months at that income and could prove it with an employer letter then he meets the qualifications, especially with a London interview. It is not as difficult to get a visa as you have dreamed up in you head. The biggest worry would be if you have ever committed a crime (even a caution) or admit to having used or even tried drugs at your medical exam. That is the big reason people in the UK forum panic most over. And you do understand this financial stuff is months down the road. He will have worked another half a year by then.

I'm more concerned about when we go to apply for the Adjustment of status, they will see this is his first full time job in his life and decide to decline it. Is that possible or likely?
