Just dropped my I-129F in the mail! Not sure if I'll get an October NOA1, but wanted to post anyway. I text my fiance to say it was in the mail and he replied back "oh my god. I change my mind!!!" :rofl::rofl: what a punk!

Good! WE have one day difference =) Hope we will get NOA1 very soon... Let`s keep our fingers crossed ! :clock:

Hi everyone new on here hope I can get status on what's next n what to expect mailed my I29f package on Oct 10,2014 to the Dallas center recieved package Oct 18,2014 recieved my I797 email that has been accepted n being transferred to california center so what is next??

Well you'd need to make sure your fiancé has all the documents they need. You'll be essentially waiting for your next notice, either an RFE if more evidence is needed, or the NOA2 which is the approval. Since you have been sent to CSC, you can expect that your approval if or when it happens, will come a lot sooner than those persons waiting at TSC. So take heart, you're on your way, and I'm sure you'll hear something soon. In the meantime make sure to study up on what comes after the NOA2 on the site's guides.

On October 23, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

That pretty much says that they accepted your petition to be processed. Expect NOA1 soon.

Your fiancé will need a copy of everything that you sent in your I129F packet. They will also require a completed sponsor form i134 with your (or a co-sponsor if needed) signature and any financial information/proof that is required for that form. The list of documents they will require can be found in the after the NOA2 section in this guide. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

This is normal, it just means your files have a number that you will find out what that is later on. It does not really have anything to do with how fast you may or may not be approved. If you haven't got an NOA1 yet, you should soon.
