Is it safe to say next month we will see some no2? Im despreate.

Can't see your timeline since I'm on my phone but if you are TSC and an oct filer, but you most likely won't be seeing a noa2 until maybe mid April or may depending on when you filed. They're moving into august right now and taking around 6.5-7 months, sometimes longer in a few cases. We're all desperate to get this over with, but don't worry- it's half way over! Follow the oct TSC thread- it's been super encouraging lately! :)

Great news to hear from heatmanswissmiss and another sign that TSC is beginning to pick up the pace. The past week, fellow forum members have happily announced approval from files submitted mid and late September and now to my relief; heatmanswissmiss have been approved with an NOA1 from October. This is fantstic news for October filers, we have waited long enough but were finally approaching a big step in our process. Wishing all you luck and hope to hear more happy updates from October filers. I personally cannot wait.

Anyone have any new updates on their petitions? I got so excited there were a few October filers that received NOA2's that I check now on a daily basis to see if things have moved along for others.

I had noticed some late August and September approvals that gave me hope TSC had begun to speed up. Then on March 27th, there was a notice that work loads would be shifted but here I am in April and still waiting. I tried submitting an inquiry today but was not allowed as I was still within the stated processing time. I sent my application in late September and obtained NOA1 in the first days of October thus 6 months have past. I am working on month 7th, still optimistic that I could get approved any day now but not holding my breahe.

My girlfriend is very frustrated that were not together but I have no anwers to alieve her despair. Hopefully our frustrations and wait will end in April. That said, it is also frustrating that USCIS does not even update their processing times. Last update occurred on March 6th and that report stated that they were working on files from August 2nd since January 31st thus 60 days have past and were stuck per the notice on August 2nd.

USCIS updated their website today and it is now reporting a date of August 23, 2014. Glad to have an update but not much movement if we consider that August 2nd dated was stagnant for two months. I am in the middle of the seventh month like most or all of you following this topic. Not sure what to make of this update. Would love to hear from of you that have called USCIS. More importantly hoping this month to have many October approvals.

Wishing you all the best as always.
