Hello friend,

Have you gone to this website https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

No it gives me an error code

No it gives me

Click on Check My Visa Application Status, choose Chile, Santiago and put your case number in. This is how you can tell if they have received your file or not.

Do you see anything there?

What is the error code and how long has it been?

Usually it takes 2 weeks minimum before it will appear on CEAC

Ahh, I think you have nothing to worry about. Two weeks is the bare minimum. I would just check again next week, it will come up soon.

I was finally able to book my visa interview for February 12th at the Vancouver consulate in Canada! This is after much stress of there not being any visa appointments available for 21 days at the Vancouver consulate, and on top of that the Canada visa booking site doing some site upgrade which also added to the delay! Now I just need to see when I get can off another day from my job to do the medical.

Hello everyone!

We are used to reading this forum, but we just enrolled to participate. I am an American and my fiancée is Swiss. We met a few years ago, have a 1 year old baby together and we are looking forward to bringing together our family. It is very hard to wait months and months!

According to the USCIS website, Vermont is experiencing delays, has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Thank you for the reply. Congrats on the wedding date and Happy Birthday early! We sent the packet to the physical address (not the po box) lock box in TX and I was told through someone familiar with the process that the processing center would be regionalized to the state in which the petition wa sent (MA)...the closest center being Vermont.

The stress of the unknown is making the waiting painful...

Aww thank you :) :)

The first 3 letters of your case number indicate your service center - SRC is for Texas, and WAC is for California.
