Hi everyone! We juz received our noa1 oct. 9!!! Now what documents do we need to prepare for noa2?

i think the best thing to do while we all wait for NOA2 is to get the beneficiaries to start getting their birth certificates and passports if they don't have them ready yet.

We could also start looking at what documents would we need for the i-134. Just remember that some of the documents that we would need down the line are better prepared at a later time as they may be outdated by the time we submit them if we prepare them too early.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone !!!

My fiancé and i are filing for the petition tooo !!! yaaay i'm so excited and just can't wait :) :)

Good luck !!!

Welcome to October Filers thread Andrew&Lula.!!

Our check posted today! No NOA1 yet, or even email/text confirmation that they received our packet... but, funnily enough, I was HAPPY to see that the money was withdrawn from my account! I'm not usually happy to spend money but I am glad to know somehow that it actually arrived and has been touched! :dancing:

Just for all of us curious folks, has anything happened since your NOA1? What is in store for us after our NOA1s?

Good luck buddy, it looks like the average is 5 months so you shouldn't have too much longer to wait.

Well, many mid to late Aug filers have been approved. It's just most early Aug filers are still waiting for some reason. Even some early Sep filers have been approved.

It is mentally draining to wait for approval. It would be nice if they could at least indicate where my petition sits and when it will be reviewed. My hope goes up early in the morning, and as the day passes into night time, my hope fades away again. It's like a roller coaster ride.
