I am wondering if there are any other October filers from California Service Centre who have yet to receive their NOA2? We received our NOA1 on Oct.31 and are still waiting.

After 30days of waiting from NOA1, we were issued of RFE today, November 24 per USCIS website. God bless this journey! It might be tough as TSC isn't working that fast but at least, we see movement... We are still waiting for our notice what that RFE is all about.

It is movement but not in the right time for us... now it`s stuck there. My boyfriend left on Monday and we got RFE on Thursday. And nothing we can do until he will come back home... I am nervous. We sent so many evidences. I think something wrong with forms.

And I am sorry about TCS, these guys are really slow... as I checked last week they were processing August...

I think your fiancé can call USCIS for the content of that notice since he is the petioner. At least CSC is working fast. We got our RFE too, November 24 per USCIS website. We are waiting till it comes and lets see what they want more from us. From what I can remember, we almost made a handbook of evidences, etc..im pretty curios what that RFE is all about:)

Hey, now, you can't complain too much about TSC being slow. Your country is being expedited! Lol. You don't have to wait as long as the rest of us

Im sorry, I know a bunch of TSC filers are on stacked right now. I would like to believe we are expedite (but still hope so) but, yet there are some cases still left far behind too (September filers), still, a case to case basis I guess. You right, I don't the right to complain right now, as I see our case moving fast than others, at least. Lets keep just our fingers crossed. Im sure TSC is moving right now, this week, compare to the past few weeks. It has always been an agony seeing a lot of CSC filers being approved fast in 2-3weeks time. God bless us all in this journey! Just don't lose hope.. We are all into this:)

WSe got our approval on Nov. 12th and hardcopy on the 20th, but case hasn't been transferred yet and they're telling me on the phone could be 35 days. Hope it doesn't take that long but we're headed into holiday season. So I was wondering if anybody else is making progress?

Although I am a November filer I was just hopping over to this thread to ask the same thing! We received our NOA2 on the 21st and no news of NVC yet. It seems the last batch from CSC arrived on November 14th judging by peoples timelines so must have been sent around the 10/11th so hopefully another batch will be sent soon!

Hello, mine did not take 35 days. When I called they said it will take 42 days, but it took about 16 days from my NOA2 date.

Well both me and my fiance are trying to call them, but the number is always busy!

There is a trick to it I discovered. Call, when you receive the busy signal, immediately hang up and redial again without delay....repeat this about a dozen times (sometimes a few more...speed is the key because you are trying to hop in when someone hangs up) and you will get through. You will be on hold for 20 - 40 minutes though but you got through . Good luck.

Edit: I always called between 18.00 and 20.00 EST......

I tried a few times this morning, busy signal. I tried again around 6 pm PST, got through and was on hold for 35 mins (speakerphone!) Got my case number, checked it out on the CEAC website and it shows in transit to consulate. 15 days from NOA2 (Nov 10th) to case number. Very pleasant lady on the other end of the phone, apologized for the wait times!
