Hi Everyone, I hope all are having a good weekend. I received the email that we got our NOA2 on Nov. 12th! And this was with an RFE which slowed us down for a week. I am so excited. Now we're just awaiting the hard copy. I'm assuming I should send my fiance a copy of the hard copy along with I129F?

Next to finish the financials and send everything off to him. I'm so excited, won't be too much longer I hope!

Good luck to everyone awaiting their NOA1 and NOA2. Hopefully we all get them soon and can move on to the next phase.

You guys were right about being expedited... Philippines IS being expedited. Everyone here at TSC who got approved was from Philippines, and I read in another forum that it was because of an earthquake. Seriously, though, THAT is not fair. I read on other forums that there are people who filed in June who are STILL waiting, and yet they expedite these more recent cases over others?! :(

Yes, the strongest Typhoon to ever hit land with 40 foot storm surge, killing 7300 people and making millions homeless. The homeless are either living in tents (still), temporary housing (rare) or with other relatives not hit by the storm. My fiance's Mother lost her home and all belongings, but was lucky to survive unharmed.

It truly sucks watching people get their NOA2's from the California center. If they are able to expedite things faster and obviously have the bandwidth, I don't get why more cases aren't given to them to balance things out. It's just crappy and unfair. Such is life.

we now have to pay for the visa then schedule an interview...i hope you get your "ready for interview" notice soon as well.. :yes:

I see u have your interview scheduled A+J <3..can you walk me through what you exactly did from the time it says "ready" on the CEAC website?..its kinda weird actually cause our case didnt even go to the "in transit" status it just went straight to "Ready".

im gonna have my fiancé get everything done asap..hopefully theres still a spot left for December by the time she gets everything ready..

Try MTL and then your case number. It worked for me. Don't use the BNS letters. :)

Our case was "In Transit" for less than a day then it went to "Ready." I hope what I sent you would be helpful. :) It is possible for her to finish it in one day. Good luck and God bless to you and your fiancee! :)
