Can somebody check the case status on USCIS website? I have a problem with that... it writes me SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

... getting nervous :ranting:

It's been like this for the past couple of hours... And before it was just giving me an error message for 2 days... i hope they are fixing it right now... because this is very annoying <_<

I just got notice of NOA2 from TSC! Amazing! I received NOA1 on October 6th, and just (7:38pm) received NOA2 notice via e-mail and text. The website has been down all day long .. but once I received notice I went to the website and saw it was back up again .. and got confirmation on the website that we had been approved! Yippee!

Yes, we received the same error message the past 3 days, but I received a text and email just this evening that we were approved, and now the website is working for us, verifying our approval. Best of luck to you!

Almost everyone is at this point. Take a look at the USCIS forum section and there's quite a few threads. I haven't been able to get past the errors for several days now. :(

Congrats to the TSC approvals. I think that's fairly good evidence that they are still expediting Philippine cases, so double congrats to you guys. You're well on your way! :)

Okay, good, because someone mentioned a different message, and I thought maybe mine was different.

Anyway, on one of the threads I found this, for anyone who hasn't found it yet:

FREE TO CALL ON SKYPE if out of the US:

  • Call 1-800-375-5283;
  • Press 1 to continue in English;
  • Press 2 for check status
  • Press 1 if you know your receipt number;
  • Enter your 13-character case number (ignore dashes, use 772 for SRC, 546 for LIN, etc.);
  • Press 1 to confirm the number you entered;
  • Listen to the current status of your case.

Not as easy as the one click with the USCIS website, but clearly it'll do for now, for you worried friends. :)

I can not complain after just 14 days of waiting... but where is my NOA2?

Maybe somebody dropped our folder on the floor, under the table and nobody can not find us and it covered with 2 weeks dust now. :rofl:

And the web site still does not work for our case... maybe they did not upgrade all the cases in there...
