you could also start gathering documents you need for the next phase...like supporting documents for the I-134...thats what I'm doing right now :yes:

your beneficiary could also start on the documents she'll need for the consulate.

Aaww!!! My fiance sent the packet oct 6 and accdg to the usps website it was delivered oct 10 but no noa 1 yet. Help guys!!! I and my fiance are worries already. Congrats to those who have noa1 and noa2 by the way! ??

that is what we are doing also, prepare your I-134, financial information,a complete replica of your original I-29f petition, and a signed letter of intent to marryand your continued support of the k1 visa. send this all to your beneficiary. also send a card telling how much you love them! :)

Hi! Ask your fiance to check his bank account. Maybe the money was cashed and this would mean that you`ve got your NOA1. And according to the rules you should wait for 30 days for the NOA1. But anyway petitioner (only) can call to USCIS and ask about this issue. Good luck!

He used money order for payment. I dont know how it works but he said that the money has been taken already the following after he sent the packet. We are just worried because we waited for weeks but no notification yet from the uscis although he attached a g1145 on the packet.?

If money has been taken this means that you`ve got your NOA1. USCIS do not cash money with no reason. Your fiance can call them and ask for update (case number). Also it could be a mistake in e-mail address or phone number. Just want to tell you that if USCIS have cashed your money - this is a good sign! =)
