Guess what? Guess what? Guess what?

NOA1!!!!!!!!!! yaaaaaaaaaaay! yesterday, on Oct 28th my darling received a text and e-mail with the number of our case and he thought I received this information as well... somehow... LOL!

Keep fingers crossed for all October filers to get NOA`s as soon as possible!

On USCIS website our case is going through the Initial Review. Hope it is ok.

Wow!:) I hope to get ours too..Packet sent Oct23...goodluck:)!

We sent the packet (I-129f) last October 23 to Dallas, Lockbox (PO Box) using USPS, we could have sent it directly to Lewisville but we made a mistake by sending it to PO box in Dallas, any idea how fast it can get to Lewisvile for final processing? We are waiting for NOA1..everybody here got NOA1 already... :ranting::goofy::clock: I hope we will get ours soon...

Do not worry...Dallas and Lewisville are the same thing. I`ve read somewhere that if you use USPS - you have file to Dallas, if other courier services - Lewisville. And usually it takes 1 week after sending to get NOA1. You will have your text from USCIS probably in the end of this week. Good luck!

We sent the packet off last Thursday (Oct 23), Lewisville received it the following Monday (27) and we got our NOA1 today! Texas is our service center too :(

Well I got a text and email from USCIS this afternoon saying they mailed me an RFE. That makes me worried. Hopefully it will be something simple. I am glad they looked at the case finally.
