At first I was kinda irritated (but still happy for those people) from CSC getting approved so fast but after I thought about it.... We (me and my fiancé) really NEED a wait. He has a house and so many things to take care of in Canada before he moves. I have a million things at my house to get ready. If we got approved that fast, I think it would just be more stressful for us.

So congrats to all who were approved so fast. I'm truly happy for you.

Now that I posted that I need the wait from TSC, watch us get approved fast. I might have jinxed myself haha

That's the way my fiancé looks at things. It will give us time to get everything planned for the wedding and more money saved up for when we can get our first place. Lord help me, going out to torture myself looking for wedding dresses this week. But if the process gets sped up things would get a little crazy with planning. I don't anticipate things going faster though, we're approaching the holidays and lots of federal time off.

Thank you guys for the encouragement! I am SO glad I found VJ so I can be encouraged and hear other people's stories. It already made me feel better to hear that we aren't alone and see hundreds of countries represented here! It's so cool reading where other people are from. Actually I'm pretty lucky, too, right now.. because I'm in Ecuador with my fiance. I've been here for 4 months but I'm leaving in a few weeks. I'm dreading going back to the States because we won't know when we'll see each other again. Honestly I'm praying for all of us on here- that the TSC speeds up so that people can have their loved ones for the holidays. That's one of the most important things to us! It's so rare for TSC people to have their NOA2s within a few months, nonetheless have their visas within a few months! But there's a very small possibility. maybe they'll be in good moods and be faster

Also- how the heck do I add my timeline? I tried going to signature, but it wouldn't let me. It said I had to have my posts approved or something. Is that how I do it?

Don't get too upset yet, someone from TSC just got their NOA2 after 20 days.

It's ok, you have the rest of your lives to spend together... a few more months of pain, but it will be worth it! Hopefully it will go a little faster than you are expecting. Don't be too discouraged.

Aw, shoot! I knew it, lol. I didn't see anyone on this thread from TSC that's gotten theirs yet. Man, everyone at CSC is going by so quick! TSC needs to get their stuff together! Good luck to everyone! I'm gonna be praying like crazy that all of us (especially TSC-ers!) get approvals quicker than 4 months!!

TSC here! I know someone from TSC got their NOA2 after 15days..TSC is moving fast too, but maybe on a case to case basis:) lets all be hopeful!

We finally got the i-797f (NOA1 hard copy) so now what? 16 days, 21 days? 50 days....... until NOA2?? FINGERS CROSSED !!!!

Hi Everyone! The attorney said that she sent the petition in October 14th, but until today we have not received the NOA1. We contacted her and she said that everything is ok. it can takes from 1 to 3 weeks. I asked the delivered date and whether the check was cashed. She said that she will check and answer by email. My question is: Is it normal? I made a research but did not find any case with more than 15 days. I am really worry, I have seen that they are send the NOA2 within 13 days and in my case, the NOA1 is taking more than 14 days...

Hello Claubb,

I've seen some people who got their NOA1 after 2 weeks. It happens, rarely though... But you can check your bank account. If your check is cashed - that means you have NOA1. USCIS have accepted your case. As far as I know on the back side of the scanned copy of check you can see your case number. (I am not 100% sure about this information).

My friends hired attorney for their K-1. Attorney said that he made all the documents and sent it. Later on they found out that attorney sent petition one month later. So keep your attorney tight. And good luck to you.... and to all of us!

Really?! I hope so! I think they're a little backed up, so as long as everyone's packets are all together and not missing anything, I'm hoping we'll all get our NOA2s in less than. Let's go, TSC! We believe in youuuu!! hahah

Has anyone who filed their I-129F in the past week received their NOA1 alerts? I'm probably driving (definitely driving) my poor fiance crazy asking him every 15 minutes if he's received anything yet. Lol. it was received on the 23rd in the morning, and I'm still waiting. I'm certain I'm being impatient.
