I used Pingo.com. They keep a log you can download and print. I screen captured the first page of the log off the computer then I also printed the log. I included a sample from that first page that correlates to the screen capture and a sample from middle and end of the month. Five dollars would get me a little over an hour to a cell in Nigeria. A landline would be almost 2 hours. You can pay with a click of button on your phone or the net. I highly recommend it.

I am using rebtel and they have the same easy access to print call logs. Congrat @ his glory for ur spousal approval. did your spouse do the medical exam in lagos with the required clinic that the nigerian embassy recommended? Did your spouse recieved all the required shots the same day? How long your spouse had to wait to get result and do the clinic give u the medical report or do they send it to the embassy themselves?

There's only two places in Nigeria to get Medical (see info page here on VJ portal tab). Yes you have to have all required shots if you are a IR1/CR1 if not already received. The results in most cases can be picked up in 4 days. You pick up and take with you to embassy interview.
