Look, to get a point across....You need protest....even rioting.....

Rioting/ protests/ revolutions don't happen in bad times. They happen in good times.

But to have a good riot......

You need Fire, overturned vehicles, rocks, civil unrest, agitation....

I ask.....what is the meaning of this??
