Congratulations on your cc!!!! When did your portal changed from paid to N/A?

AOS just changed from Paid to N/A. But today is Saturday Our last scan date was 8/14.

It seems that they are working the 60days on the aos/first scan dates as evidenced by those cc with aos scan of aug but with iv scan of sept. Although, there are members with aos/checklist as of aug still not yet cc.

Personally, i am exempt from aos fee based on ceac. I do not know the reason if my employer is just exempted or because i'm on eb3 visa. I just hope they sent aos docs earlier than my iv that was sent sept15 and eventually scanned sept18 so i can also finish this sooner than later.

I think that might be the case...well for the most part as now everyone is required to send everything as one package.. My scan date was 15 Sep and everything was sent together.

You spent 49 days from the time your IV packaged was received and stayed 3 months in NVC.

Your progress was good. Did you have a checklist?

No checklist.

7/02 - USCIS sent packet to NVC

07/03/2014 - case number and IIN assigned

07/18/2014 - DS-261 Completed

07/19/2014 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

07/24/2014 - AOS Packet Scanned in

08/22/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

08/25/2014 - DS-260 Completed

08/27/2014 - IV Packet Scanned in

10/24/2014 - CASE COMPLETE‼️?

11/06/2014 - Medical - DONE❗️

12/01/2014 - Interview @ 6:15am - APPROVED and VISA ISSUED❗️❗️❗️❗️

12/03/2014 - passport ready for pick up

12/08/2014 - Passport with VISA in hand?

Just got off the phone....

Case complete

But I have to correct aos (put city name) and take it to the interview... Checklist scan date 2 Oct

Any idea when I can interview date and in.which month? Nov dec... Thanks

hopefully with them reviewing everything together now and so many case completes with documents from sept and oct (mostly checklists) it will speed up the process when it comes to reviewing the files for september!

one can hope! haha

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Your scan date of checklist just took 15 days?

Mine took 18 days. I dont know what's gling on but it happens:)

My aos checklist scan date. 2 Oct.

Aos status changed paid to n/a....is it for sure cc....will call nvc n find out..

It's same as my case! Congratulations!

Wow congrats i got checklist too today for AOS mistake but i sent it before they send checklist so now praying like you. Hope will come soon tired and frustrated from this process. Edited by brijakash

USCIS I-130 : Marriage: 2013-03-28, I-130 NOA1 : 2013-07-27, I-130 Approved : 2014-02-24

NVC Stage: NVC Received : 07-Apr-2014, AOS Scan : 27-Jul-2014, IV Scan : 23-Aug-2014 , AOS Checklist Scan: 1-Oct-2014

Case Completed at NVC: 16-Nov-2014 Interview: New Delhi Consulate IV Date: 6-Jan-2015 Approved

Visa in hand:8-Jan-2015 Paid ELIS Immigrant Fee: 31-Mar-2015

POE Seattle-Tacoma Intl. Airport: 22-Apr-2015 (Switched from CR-1 to IR-1). POE (including changing from CR-1 to IR-1) took just 15 minutes.

SSN in mail: 27-Apr-2015

GC in Mail: Expected by 22-May-2015

Congrats to all that got CC..... Still waiting for CC Sep 11th. Is 29 working days from my last scan date while 41 calendar days from my last scan date..... I can tell am not far from case complete......lol. Hope and pray it will come sOoner. Fingers across

Also Depends on your priority date ... Mine is Feb 14,2014. I have 3 friends with December/November 2013 priority dates still waiting for interview dates...

PD : May 2013 still wauting
