Me too Aug 27 still waiting.....

Do u have interview at mumbai consulate?

My priority date is September 2013 and i am still waiting for cc.... :(

I actually requested for New Delhi.. But the my case# is BMB... so it will be Mumbai... What happend ? did you submit forms and documents on time ?

What document they need with AOS FORM I-864

If you have enough income to qualify then 1040 tax return form is enough...

AOS just changed from Paid to N/A. But today is Saturday Our last scan date was 8/14.

I hope so as well b/c that would mean that September might actually be finished by first week of November! I hope they have truly sped up as they keep saying.

Nvc still working on August they haven't even start with Sept yet the only reason this cases are being close with Iv scan mid Sept is because the AOS have a scan date of August and they are reviewing cases together.. :( My checklist scan date 10/3

That's a bummer! Oh well, at least they may start on September next week and maybe they'll move along quickly.

10/08/14: Received Welcome email
10/10/14: Paid AOS bill
10/16/14: Paid IV bill
10/18/14: Completed DS-260
10/21/14: AOS & IV received / scan date
12/15/14: Case Complete (N/A then phone confirmation)
02/18/15: Biometrics Appt.
02/25/15: Consular Interview (APPROVED!!)
03/05/15: POE at San Ysidro Port of Entry (by car)

If that's the case my AOS scan date is June 20 and IV scan date August 27 but i havent received a cc yet...:(:(

Aug 27 here and waiting...56th day. Been at NVC since April/May

Same here at NVC since April/May and last scan date 27 Aug....

Yes i submitted all the forms and documents on time,its just the NVC thats taking so much time...:(

I do not know how to add signature. Maybe others can help you. Thanks for clarifying your timeline because the dates on your timeline (not the one you posted) are all in 2012 and you had your interview last aug2013.

Yes - that timeline was for my husband IR1; this newest timeline is IR2 (my stepdaughter).

My AOS fee just changed to N/A. Last checklist scan date is 10/2. IV and AOS scan dates are both July 22 (sent in one package). Do you guys think this could mean a CC? Now I have to wait till Monday to call.

Your scan date of checklist just took 15 days?

Aos status changed paid to n/a....is it for sure cc....will call nvc n find out..

Finally case closed!

My IV scan date was Aug 21, and AOS checklist scan date was Oct 2 because we didn't notice the checklist email which was sent on Aug 29.

I noticed my AOS fee status changed from paid ti n/a and so I called NVC to check my case.

She said my case is closed on Oct 20. So it didn't take for 60days, it took only for 18days.

I was at NVC stage from April..now I am so happy.

I'm not sure about the consulate in Guatemala. With our case completed today, we hope to receive a December interview date. I will keep you updated once we receive a date.

They reviewed checklist in 15 days?because my AOS had mistake to so without hecklist i just sent it 10/17. AOS original scan aug 14th and iv scan 26th sep
