I saw some with mumbai consulate got cc this week with sep 26th last scan date

Brijakash,

What was the aos scan date of the cc with last scan date of sept26 that you saw? Because it seems that nvc is reviewing based on aos/first scan dates and counting 60days fron there.

I called everyday 2 or 3 times and nothing I'm also August 27 checklist ;(

I think they're just covering their backs. I've seen sept cc's already. Even a sept 15! So we can always hope!

I wonder if they are truly working on mid September cases or just reviewing cases together with old scan date first. I hope the former is true!

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

AOS Scan Date: August 14

IV civil documents mailed: September 7 (I sent civil documents with AOS cover page before DS-260 fee unlocked)

IV Civil Documents Scan Date: September 15

IV fee unlocked: September 19

DS 260 Completed: September 27

Case Complete: October 21

08/08/2014: DS-261 Completed

I hope so as well b/c that would mean that September might actually be finished by first week of November! I hope they have truly sped up as they keep saying.

I do not know how to add signature. Maybe others can help you. Thanks for clarifying your timeline because the dates on your timeline (not the one you posted) are all in 2012 and you had your interview last aug2013.

Yaay! I've been MIA lately on this thread...just got our package sent today (10/21) - I'll post my delay in a new message so others can perhaps benefit (or the few that are in my neck of the woods...) But congrats, we will probably have almost the same scan date together so let's see what happens...praying for both of us!!

FYI I saw somewhere that it is better to just paperclip? I know you already sent it but it's just for the fact that the reps will have to 'unstaple' and that takes more time away from them.

I FINALLY sent in my documents last night. I am doing EP though, but I thought we could compare notes. Can we sent document without checklist? BECAUSEmy AOS scan date 14th aug,iv document scan date sep 26th and just caught mistake last Friday and sent AOS back on 20th oct. Called today and they said they review my 2 package and have mistake what i sent it to them yesterday without checklist is tht appropriate? And when they will review my new AOS.

Damn it one mistake in life make you go crazy i would have been cc today instead of this ####### but this is life.

It seems that they are working the 60days on the aos/first scan dates as evidenced by those cc with aos scan of aug but with iv scan of sept. Although, there are members with aos/checklist as of aug still not yet cc.

Personally, i am exempt from aos fee based on ceac. I do not know the reason if my employer is just exempted or because i'm on eb3 visa. I just hope they sent aos docs earlier than my iv that was sent sept15 and eventually scanned sept18 so i can also finish this sooner than later.

Do u have interview at mumbai consulate?

Also Depends on your priority date ... Mine is Feb 14,2014. I have 3 friends with December/November 2013 priority dates still waiting for interview dates...

My priority date is September 2013 and i am still waiting for cc....:(
