Hello everyone! I've been busy working as of late. Whenever I have a free time I just open threads and read to see what's going on here. But I've good news! With all the prayers and patience from me and my wife and from my family, (and from the people here with the same goal) as of last friday October 17,2014! We have CC! God, blessed us with this early anniversary and Christmas gift! I thank this website and people here that somehow help me in any way. Thank you so much! I do not have every bit of knowledge to help you guys on each cases but me and my wife's prayers are with you guys for every step of your journey with this process to be with your loved ones! I'll be around here and y'all can message me if you have a question (if any and will try to answer if i can). Prayers and patience go a long way. Hoping to be with my wife soon! Now to the embassy(medical, interview stage)! Thank you so much guys!!!

Congratulations!!!!!

so it seems like they are reviewing checklists without the additional 60 day wait? (going by what the past few CCs have looked like) Hopefully it is the case, doesnt make sense to wait another 60 days for a checklist review.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

What is grampanchayat? Is it the office that issues birth certificate? I believe the certificate of no record should be issued by the same office who issues birth certificate. But let us wait for other replies. What i provided you is what from our country.

I made a stupid mistake which i cannot correct. I did not notice that in ds260 the middle name should have been included in the given name field. I did not read the hint and was too confident since it the system automatically populated the last name and the given name field when i inputted the case number. Rookie mistake. Anyonw know when is the opportunity for me to correct this?
