My husband could understand and he sent it out today.

The amount he inputted was not right.

Part 18 is where your husband reports what he thinks he will earn THIS YEAR.

Part 19 you must report income from your 2013 Tax Return

If your husband filed form 1040 use line 22, Total Income

If your husband filed form 1040A use line 15, Total Income

If your husband filed form 1040EZ use line 4, Adjust Gross Income

NOA2 on September 24th, sent to NVC on September 26th, now waiting, going to call NVC every week until we get case# and IIN!

Judging from this thread and the other NVC threads this year, we have an exciting time ahead of us :dancing:

June 17th - ELIS portal shows case re-opened, card being produced. Changed to Card Sent with USPS tracking number
June 18th - Card received!

Guys i made a mistake with my fathers date of birth in g325a form ,which was fo uscis, but now in nvc stage in form ds230 i gave the correct date of birth, will it be problem ?( my country does not qualify for ds260 according to nvc so i had to fill out ds230)

Ohhh nooooo I'm about to cry I just got a checklist!!! Not sure I inderstand it but I knew my attorney had done something wrong...

I'm so sorry to hear that. Get on top of it as quickly as you can. At this point its just another step towards CC. Make sure it's not a fake checklist.

I don't think it is, Its saying something about my aos but I'm not understanding real well what is wrong. I just email my attorney but at this point I'm so sad and pissed off at the same time about this..

It says I did 13.a wrong and I know I didn't. Im calling now. What do you guys think? Is this always a real checklist?

mine says 13.a along with other stuff being check mark.. I don't understand anything.. I been trying to get through but is just busy and I'm at work now..

Ask them if they have looked at your IV package yet and let us know.

I actually did the same exact thing with my husbands fathers bday and I called and they said it doesn't matter to correct it on the Ds-260

did you get through to nvc? is that the only thing that your checklist says? 13.a... I think those checklist are so confusing cause there is multiple things with the <x>

did you get through to nvc? is that the only thing that your checklist says? 13.a... I think those checklist are so confusing cause there is multiple things with the <x>

mine only has 13.a.1 and it says I put the wrong income. I looked at my tax returns and its correct so I'm calling. Still waiting...25 mins so far
