Hey everyone! Just got off the phone with NVC and AN INTERVIEW WAS JUST SCHEDULED?!!!!!! November 9 at 1

Just wonderful... an early date too. Time to research interviews and get prepared. And bring copies of everything to the interview, not just what they tell you to bring... just in case. Some COs dismiss the USCIS approval and insist you convince them of your eligibility to the visa (happened to me).

21-MAR-2014 I-140 + PP sent to USCIS

31-MAR-2014 Petition approved

16-APR-2014 Case shipped to NVC

29-APR-2014 Case received by NVC

23-MAY-2014 Case # assigned

4-JUN-2014 IV Bill invoiced and PAID (AOS Exempt, DS-261 Waived)

6-JUN-2014 DS-260 forms submitted

10-JUN-2014 IV Docs received by NVC

13-JUN-2014 IV Docs matched to case (scanned)

30-JUL-2014 Case Complete, CC email auto-sent one week later

20-AUG-2014 AOS fee changed to N/A (Final clearance for interview scheduling?)

29-AUG-2014 Consular Interview scheduled on Oct 1st. Later rescheduled to Sep 24th. P4 Letter received following business day

14-SEP-2014 CEAC status changed to Ready

15-SEP-2014 Medical results delivered to Embassy by Panel Physician

24-SEP-2014 Consular Interview, went into AP (3rd AP in as many consecutive visa applications)

14-OCT-2014 Visa issued

22-OCT-2014 POE at Dulles Airport, Washington, D.C.

My last scan date is Aug 15... Is there anyone else from Aug 15 or around the same time as me? I called NVC yesterday and was told there is no update on my case. Then I called again today and I was told that it is under review, but no further details. Does anyone know about how much longer do I need to wait to know if my case is complete or if I am missing anything? I am planning on calling back tomorrow. I just hate to wait on hold for about 1 hour, but hopefully it will be good news.

Hi everyone.

Firstly, great to see CC's with scan dates in September being completed. Wonderful to see!

Secondly, on your CEAC site once you've logged in, does your AoS show N/A for the documents even though you have submitted them or had the Affidavit of Support approved? My Affidavit of Support was approved 15 September but it still shows N/A for the documents part. I would have thought this would have changed to 'completed' or something.

Would you be kind enough to share what yours shows please. Same for the IV documents. Still shows N/A.

:-)

I have a huge problem, I lost pretty much everything when my computer basically reinstalled Windows 7 for some unknown reason.

I think it was here in 129fs238648.gif AKA Saylin's thread someone posted a site were you give them the information on your degrees from other countries and not sure if they determine if it can be used in the USA or/and verifies the degree is transferable? Something like that. Does anyone remember that and have the link?

Thank you in advance. t4582.gif
