You need to send the originals of the birth and marriage certificate as well. Unless they specifically ask you to bring it to the interview.

So, if that is the case, all I have to do is just wait for interview date right?

Big Congrats... Glad you made it in time for the November scheduling.

Thank you, but I am in a dilemma. A November interview will mean me entering the US in December, one month before my second wedding anniversary. If I get the interview in late December, I can go to US after my second wedding anniversary. I know calling embassy I can schedule a later interview but my current circumstances are unbearable and I want out ASAP.

Thanks!!! I really hope god hears you and we all get this process done and over with, being away from the ones you love is the hardest thing I think I ever done... :( praying hard to not get a checklist, I haven't heard anything yet but I think at this point no news is good news cause for what I can tell the approval email comes anywhere from 5 to 7 days after cc but those checklist emails are quick .... Just waiting for my aos fee to change to n/a :)

I have a question regarding having a lawyer during NVC process. I have heard with lawyer the process moves quickly.

So, if I have a lawyer does that mean everything regarding my case will be emailed to my lawyer and not to us? Or the emails related to my case will be sent to us also?

Also I want to know does the lawyer will have the complete possesion of my case or he/she will just be an extra help? I want my NVC process be quick and the fees unlock quickly. But I am unable to decide.

Kindly help.
