Thank you :)

Hi again after completing the DS-261 should we still wait 5 days to pay the AOS FEE? Or we can pay right away? Btw the status said "PAY NOW"

So is it a GO? Thanks

Yes you can pay now. I had paid mine right away and then filled the ds-260 online, signed and submitted. I dont see why you shld wait. Can anyone else help answer this? Doesbt hurt to have a second opinion :D

earlier on this thread someone reported seeing 8/18 cc

I think i saw one 8/22 CC

If the system allows you to pay then pay it asap. I think that is just a generic msg if the pay now option doesnt show right away

I hope you are right that would be great progress!!!

Im going to skim through the thread again to see if i saw it correct. I was half asleep when i looked this morning :D

Yeah sorry i completely misread that this morning. The first thing i do is grab my phone as soon as i wake up and check out the forum and sign in to see if i have N/A. This whole wait is just soo frustrating. The latest CC was 8/18.

Case completed on Oct 7. Last scan date 18 Aug. Status Affidavit of Support Fee is N/A.

Daughter's case hasn't completed, yet. Her last scan date 25 Aug.

Status Affidavit of Support Fee is PAY NOW.

Our cases are combined.

I hope we will have the same interview date on November 2014.

Husband will be able to call to NVC only on October 15, when he returns from a trip. He is a truck driver.

We have an empty expedite only for stage "interview". Now we find out what it really means.

I just received an e-mail that my K3 or 129-F petition got approved.. I already have paid all the fees and submitted all the civil documents, just waiting for the case complete.. Last scan date is 9/10.. Do I have to do anything with the 129-f petition once in reach NVC? Or would it make the process faster?

I hope all the originals you submitted are replaceable. If so, I would suggest you work on getting original issue duplicates and resend them to NVC. At least this way you'll have a definite maximum timeframe for a CC. Waiting indefinitely for an event that might never happen should not be your only option.

Try to get a commitment from a supervisor that your replacement civil docs would either be reviewed according to the original scan date or expedited to the embassy.

Thanks for your response!!! getting the documents back from a country like Iran is going to be very difficult specially when a US citizen is asking for them and on top of that with the sanctions in place sending them from Iran to the US is even more challenging...but it seems like the only option I have.I don't even have a scan date because they didn't even scan it!!!!but hopefully if I can send it again the supervisor will have it reviewed ASAP...

I've been waiting for my IV bill for a while now and you can't fill out the DS-260 until 2-3 days after you pay the IV bill. So how were you able to do that?

I think i saw one 8/22 CC
