We are still battling NVC'c checklist mistake. I am hoping for a case complete by the end of the week, scan date Aug 13th. Please Lord, help us. I called today and at least they received our expedite request last Friday and are awaiting an answer from Belgrade. :unsure::innocent::help:

11/07/2014 - Called BLG, inquired about case and received interview date, interview packet was mailed 11/6/14, never received any email
11/13/2014 - Received interview packet, postmarked 11/10/14 even though BLG said sent on 11/6/14

11/19/2014 - Interview- APPROVED!!

11/21/2014 - BLG posted visa packet through DHL to Čačak (has tracking number)
11/24/2014 - Visa in hand (picked up in Čačak at DHL)
11/28/2014 - Goodbye Serbia!
11/29/2014 - POE in Seattle

*On 08/01/14 I received a checklist via email and responded right away. Over a month later, on 09/09/14, I received the hard-copy in the mail. Upon reading the hard-copy, I found that NVC made a mistake and emailed me the wrong checklist. I contacted a supervisor at NVC and she instructed me to write a letter of explanation to accompany my "real" checklist response. She also told me this may not help me and that we may be back in line. Lord help us!

07/07/2014 NOA2 date (7 loooong months).
07/10/2014 left USCIS
07/22 arrived at NVC
07/31 Case# assigned
08/01 AOS Bill invoiced and DS 261
08/02 AOS bill paid and DS 261 completed
08/05 AOS bill shows PAID in the ceac website
08/13 AOS package sent
08/18 AOS package delivered (USPS website track number)
09/11 IV Bill invoiced
09/12 IV bill shows PAID
09/12 DS 260 completed
09/12 IV package sent
09/18 IV package received (rep. told this date but the 60 days waiting letter says 09/16).
10/17 - AOS checklist. Tax transcripst 2013 missing (husband thought W2s were enough)

12/12 - Case Complete!!!!!!!!!!! thank God!

01/12/2015 - Interview date ((It was Feb 27th but due to a cancellation they rescheduled to Jan 21!!!!!) - VISA APPROVED!!! Interview review on my timeline. :)

No, I did paper work that I sent through the post office.

By the way I asked for an interview date and I got no answer. Todd said that I will just have to wait ugh.

Did you have any checklist?

I only had one checklist for AOS which I resent on August 6, 2014. The only thing mentioned to me was that my husband was going to need another police report only because the one I sent expires after a little while. Other than that, no more checklists for me.

Should I call again to see if someone else says something about the interview? Should my husband start getting the medical exam done?

IN PAKISTAN IT TAKE 13 TO 15 DAYS TO GET POLICE CERTIFICATE , THAT WOULD DEFINITELY DELAYED MY PACKAGE TO COMPLETE AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID IV FEE . WHAT IF I SEND OTHER CIVIL DOCUMENTS NOW , AND SHOW POLICE CERTIFICATE IN INTERVIEW? IS IT GOOD OR NOT

Police certificate is not required for Pakistan.

Need some help;:

1. I dont remember the day and month of joining and leaving school college and university. I only remember year, what should i do now for form ds260.

2. Vaccination according to us law? Could not understand the question ??

aug 14 scan date …i think hope pray and wish on a star that this is my week …congrats on all the CCs and good luck to my august scan daters lol …hope we make it in time for a november interview!!! :goofy::goofy:

07 may - nvc email to pay both IV and AOS fee :goofy:

07 may - aos fee paid :crying::crying:

16 may - visa fee paid :crying::crying:

30 may - sent in ds-260 electronic form :dancing:

09 june - NVC received both IV and AOS packages :idea:

11 july - i emailed nvc about our case :clock:

21 july - NVC AOS checklist for putting wrong income :ranting:

28 july - sent back NVC checklist :sleepy:

15 aug - scan date at NVC by phone

16 aug - NVC email inquiry response saying we got all documents

22 sept - nvc 60 day email letter received with scan date of AUG 14 :cry:

7 oct - the same damn checklist for wrong income and missing pages…ugh

10 oct - sent out our 2nd checklist …once again asking for the SAME DAMN THING!

14 oct - NVC email saying documents received and scan date of OCT 14 ..let the 60day wait begin :(

15 oct - sent expedite email request to NVC and embassy

20 oct - expedite email APPROVED!

22 OCT - NVC confirmed case is no longer there and ceac processing site changed from NVC to SANTO DOMINGO! BYE BYE NVC!!!!!

You should call. There have been a few CCs already with 8/15 scan dates & one 8/19 scan date.
