NBI is the only one needed. Go to the US embassy website for manila and there is downloadble pdf listing the things you will need.

Btw can i ask the exact site of pdf... thanks

Looking at the Country Reciprocity Schedule has always been very helpful regarding IV documents:

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/reciprocity-by-country/RP.html#docs

So it looks like you only need the green NBI.

Thank you for helping me figure out :)

Will we receive a false checklist upon review of our AOS checklist if IV package has already been approved? I just want to be prepared if I see an email from NVC with the checklist subject. The 60 day letter has 8/29/14 on it but I'm assuming our scan date is probably a few days later since that was the date they actually received it.

Quick question in regards to I-864...I did not fill in N/A on the parts that do not apply..I sent in my AOS package a while back and was wondering if I should go ahead and send the I-864 again with everything N/A'd or should I wait and see what happens...Will I be delayed either way? I am sending my IV package today and was thinking of sending the N/A'd version of my I-864 with it...Is that a good idea?

got off the call

they told me i gt checklist in AOS in part 5 in number 1 and number 8.

and they need i 864 of joint sponser.

somebody please tel me whats that?

Your household counts are off and you don't make enough.

yeah its house hold related silly thing actually i m having a joint sponser and they need i864 for joint sponser and i think i sent i864 of my joint sponser.

my AOS and IV scan date is 11th august

so what u suggest?

m thinking for requesting supervisors review on monday.

You think or you did? You need to be sure what you sent in the AOS package.

Don't ask for a supervisor review unless you KNOW this is not your fault. Otherwise you're just wasting their time.

Does anyone know if the interview letter is sent as email or hard copy? Additionally if it's hard copy and it comes to me the petitioner can I scan the letter to my wife to take to medical or does she need. Original

Note I haven't recieved a CC just being proactive

It's email.

Hello everyone... i just want to ask what requirements do we need to prepare after we got the Case number? I have some list but im still not sure if the list i have are enough to avoid checklist... so worried here.

These are my list base on my research:

AOS PACKET

Bar code cover sheet

Form I-864

W2 (last 3 years)

ITR (Imcome tax return) last 3 years (or you can send 1 or 3 years of tax return transcripts which are preferred by the DOS.)

Pay stub (3-6 months worth please.)

Employment letter

IV PACKET:

Bar coded cover sheet

Birth certificate

Marriage certificate

Passport biopage

2 passport style photo.

Police certificate

Please let me know if im still missing something.

Thanks... your answer is much appreciated.

How do you not remember the month your schooling started? In North America school either starts in September or January.

Do you have proof you have all the vaccinations required for immigration? If not then answer No and explain you will get any needed vaccinations at the medical.
