U did not subbmitt pcc or it was regarding expiration date on pcc uae, i collected pcc from uae last year. I hope i dont get a checklist..

It was the conflict of info...reciprocity page for UAE said if you live in UAE you need PCC but the USA Embassy in UAE website said if you live in the UAE you DONT need a PCC....we chose the wrong option although I included a copy of the web page stating such.....:(

hey hey

So since you can send the AoS and the IV package together.

My husband is sending the AoS and I am sending the IV, I live abroad.

My question is do I need to enclose the bar-coded confirmation from the AoS payment?

We would send it both together but my husband got told he has to leave for a deployment next week, yesterday(super short notice) <_< and doesnt know for how long he will be gone :(

So maybe this works too :help:

Thanks in advance

I would call NVC for advice......

So sorry to hear this...hopefully the anger will die down and you two can find a middle ground to get through this process. If not, then may you find happiness in your future once this is behind you. You will be in my prayers....God Bless!

For AOS if you can't get the w2 & tax returns, tax transcripts also suffice.

Also you're missing the police clearance certificate from you IV Package, so please add that to the list. Oh and marriage & birth certificate need to be the original ones.

You need to include a current police certificate from your country of residence (and anywhere else where you used to live for more than 6 months after your 16th birthday) in your IV packet!!

Oh this lead me to confusion again... i thought i wont need a police clearance.. thought this only applies to those who worked abroad for more than 6 months.. but anyway ill get one then to make sure.

Thanks so much.

Thank you i'll take note of that... here in Philippines our police clearance is only valid for 6 months.. i just hope nvc will process our papers before it expires.

NBI is the only one needed. Go to the US embassy website for manila and there is downloadble pdf listing the things you will need.
