Called NVC today... seems to be a slow day as I got through on the second try and only had to wait 20 minutes. Todd answered and sounded tired or bored. Our AOS packet was scanned August 4 and IV August 20. No update for us :( , but as I said, might be a good day to call!

AOS just changed from Paid to N/A. But today is Saturday Our last scan date was 8/14.

I'm sorry to hear that. You're still within the 60 days, but i hope you'll get your Case Complete sooner than that.

I tried calling several times now and keep getting a busy signal, Am I using the right number? (603) 334-0700

Just for your info, I called yesterday (scan dates IV 8/8, AOS Checklist 8/15, and another doc on 9/9) and I was told that as of yesterday the NVC would only review doc on your most recent scan dates.

I asked if a supervisor would call me back on Wendsday and Thursday and have not received a call back yet. Do they ussually call back when a request is put in, and does it ussually take some time before they respond? Does anyone have any experience with talking to a supervisor at the NVC, both times I asked I was told none were availible?

No they were at 8/7 around Monday. So from

8/7 to 8/14 so far.
