Just got off with phone with Nvc I guess I have to wait one more week .. My scan date 15 August

UPDATEs:

• DS260 completed. Confirmation page email and saved to PDF for future printing.
• AOS/IV Package to be sent 10.3.2014 morning VA time.

QUESTIONs:

• Are we to receive anything from NVC to confirm they receive the package or do we need to call?
• When should we expect advise from NVC that they received the package if they will notify us?

I'm doing mine a little backwards from yours, I sent my package already as of October 1st, and now I'm waiting for my IV bill so I can pay for it and do my DS-260. I literally just now got an email from them telling me that they received my package as of October 1st. So, to answer your question, it looks as if they do send a notice even though many people say they don't.

Is NVC back to its normal processing times? I wonder, if it is.....Its good news for all of us. Did somebody else too get an email stating 2-4 weeks instead of 60 days???

It's random! My friend just got the 60 days notice for her documents today saying they received it 9/30 ..... I'm waiting to get one also too see what it says they should be getting my AOS checklist today.

Has anyone received the 60 days message from NVC even though they haven't sent any package to them lately? So NVC scanned my AOS package August 21st and sent me the 60 days message few days later. They Scanned my IV package on September 17th and send me the 60 days message also. I checked my e-mail this morning and found out that they sent me another 60 days message for receiving a package I sent to them September 30th, but the problem is that I never sent them any package on September 30th.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I sent it on 9/30 and they got it on 10/01, the very next day via usps. Get the express Mail envelope flat rate, it was a bit less than $20 and they get it next day guaranteed. It also includes a tracking number as well.

Right after the IV shows as "paid". Mine was the day after paying, but I think someone here had to wait 3-4 days.

When I sent in my AOS package to NVC, I submitted the tax returns without the signature too and they accepted it. I'm not sure how Pakistani embassy works though.

I would suggest that you call and clarify this asap. You really don't want to let them come up with something that isn't needed, just to cause more delay.

Fingers crossed . I sent my Joint Sponsor Docs and the NVC accepted them. However the vice consular at the embassy did not find the income sufficient (it was well above the poverty guidelines, however the joint sponsor was carrying over some losses from previous years apparently :S). Hopefully the unsigned copies of new joint sponsor pass through....

They are rather random with the 60 day emails, so no one can tell... but I also received a 60 day email followed by a false checklist email a day or so after my AOS apckage was reviewed. Perhaps someone reviewed your AOS package (?)

Thanks, I'm sitting here just wondering when my bill will become available since NVC told me yesterday that any day now between today and Tuesday. So, here I am logging on every 3 hours because I've noticed that suddenly things been popping up.

My AOS fee changed to N/A, last scan date is 8/12. I sure hope this is Case Complete and will be calling later today. Has anyone had the fee change to N/A without Case Complete? Im afraid to feel happy.
