CASE COMPLETE

Now I need the tears of happiness to stop. I have no idea how this transpired. Perhaps it was due to mine and my husband's phone calls to NVC and the Supervisor's this week. I guess it shows that it can pay off to persevere.

Our only hope now is that all of our VJ friends also get a CC soon and can be back with their loved ones as soon as possible.

I am so happy for you and your family and Congratulations to all those that got their CCs!!!!!!!! Now we just have to be patient and get through this, hopefully sooner rather than later :)

Here is TheBigO formula:

CC = (0.7751 x IV ScanDate) + 102.22

Your IV scan date is 10.6.14 which is 279th day of 2014 now we can calculate :

CC= (0.7751*279) +102.22

CC= 216.25...+102.22

CC= 318,4...

Convert 318 days into a date you'll get your estimated CC date...Which is around 11.16.14 or 11.17.14!

Mine should be 11.06.14 or 11.07.14....We'll find out if the prediction is accurate next week for me and in about 2 weeks for you :)

After 30 days of DS-260 submission.. Received a checklist for civil documents (actually they misplaced)... at that time I did ask them for DS-260... and the rep said its look fine (can't trust them) .. that means they already reviewed it...

Yeah, it sounds like they reviewed it. I submitted my DS-260 on October 1, and it was reviewed October 24 (we got a false checklist because of that). I don't think real checklists for DS-260 exist, you just correct anything before signing it the day of the interview. On the CEAC page however, it does say to contact NVC if you want to change anything. I'm not sure how that works.

CR-1 (Argentina): April 2014 to March 2015.

ROC (VSC): March 2017 to March 2018.

i have been on this thread from last 3 months and want to thank you everyone and especially to Saylin for her great work without this thread i would never be able to get this much information. Today i got case completed without any checklist with iv scan date of September 8. Good luck to everyone waiting for cc hope everyone get it soon Inshallah.

Oh, no, I'm sorry, I have no idea about supervisor reviews as I haven't been through that. I thought you were asking if it was possible your DS-260 had been reviewed!

OMG I AM APPROVED!!!!!!! SO HAPPYYY i cried and everything the lady was saying are you crying.

my AOS 9.3.14 & IV 10.6.14 there is hope and they are getting up to date. bcuz the lady today in the morning said 60 days from the IV
