Hi there,

I had the same problem! I called them and went over each package I sent and the date and they told me it was a glitch in the computer. The gentleman I spoke to put in a service request and the next time I called it was back to normal.

Call and don't let them push you over! The will blow you off if they can. (first guy i spoke to did it to me)

I wish I read your post before calling them.

Just off the phone. an operator told me they received an e-mail yesterday and she couldn't tell me what it was until it they review it, which means another 60 days!!

I was trying to convince her that the last document we sent was received on Oct 01. and she suggested that beneficiary e-mailed something. Well, the beneficiary can hardly write her name, she is 4 y.o.

it is all so frustrating. Will call again tomorrow.

Yeah, you just gotta keep trying until you get a good one! Keep trying. I was really firm with everything I sent and he kept asking, "Did the beneficiary send anything?" No. "Did you send something on accident?" No. Then he put me on hold and came back and apologized. He explained that is was a mistake. He did say he spoke to his manager who happened to walking behind him... so maybe you should ask to speak to a supervisor :/

We received a weird e-mail form NVC today saying they received a documents we sent on October 29 (yesterday), please allow 60 days ..

But we did not send any documents to them yesterday, the last document we sent on Oct 1. What can it be??

I too received the same stuff :(

CASE COMPLETE!

Now I need the tears of happiness to stop. I have no idea how this transpired. Perhaps it was due to mine and my husband's phone calls to NVC and the Supervisor's this week. I guess it shows that it can pay off to persevere.

Our only hope now is that all of our VJ friends also get a CC soon and can be back with their loved ones as soon as possible.

So after 1:30 hr wait to talk to a supervisor he said I got a CC now!! Should I believe he did it just like that?? I asked him a few times just to make sure!!! Scan date for both IV and AOS sep 3.

Oh my goodness this is fantastic news. I followed you today as well. Let's hope we both get a December interview but I think we should. What do you think.

Keep hoping! You might get through today or next week.

I used TheBigO "prediction math" to estimate my CC's date I found Nov 6th...hope it realises! :)

What's your IV Package scan date?
