Called NVC same 60 days story. Rep state now all documents are being review at same time from now on.(IV,A0S,DS260)Scan date 9/24. Woohoo today we have 30 days on waiting. Praying this NVC nightmare is over soon.

Me too I am waiting for cc scan date 09/18. this process is killing me and my wife now she is really mad. I donot know how to make them understand..i just pray for God to help me out.

AOS just changed from Paid to N/A. But today is Saturday Our last scan date was 8/14.

Any new CCs today?? Do they snail mail or email checklists because I'm going to be out of state for a while.. dreading every second of this process :(

Hello all,

Last time I called the NVC they told me that they'd review both (AoS & IV) packages together but last week we got AoS checklist and we have no news about the other package. On the CEAC website it still says NA under civil documents... Any thoughts anyone?

Thank you so much for answering!!! and please I definitely would like to know the questions...

I think my case was closed last year at the end of June and we received an August appointment. This time, we will probably receive a December appointment.

Everyone we encountered at the US Embassy in Guatemala was friendly. Make sure you take updated originals of birth certificates, marriage/divorce records, police certificates, passport-sized pictures and the affidavit of support and accompanying documents. Basically, have another copy of everything you submitted to NVC. For some reason, NVC did not include the affidavit of support so I had to complete another I-864 at the embassy. Luckily, that embassy allows the spouse to attend so they allowed me to complete another I-864 while we waited. They also asked for recent copies of all documents I mentioned above, so make sure all documents are issued within six months of your visa interview. I have a list of the questions they asked us somewhere; let me know if you want them and I'll send you a separate message.

CEAC is down.

Sorry, that is what I meant. I logged in to CEAC website and everything was fine. i didn't encounter any issues. I used Google Chrome.

I just saw my paid changed to N/A

AOS scanned date August 21st

IV scanned date September 17th

Updated name scanned date September 30th

I haven't had any checklists to date

I am on the phone with NVC

Hoping n praying its a case complete.

the ceac won't change at any point, Im on the same boat my aos and iv got review on 9/30 got a checklist for the aos and they didn't mention anything about the iv, I called them and a rep told me Iv was accepted only aos was wrong ( two questions ) :( my ceac still says n/a.. call them and ask for you civil doc
