Hi guys just want to ask again to those who fill out DS-260... What explanation u provide in question:

"Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?"

TIA

My husband had lost his documentation. So I just wrote that vaccinations were received but no documentation was available on hand. If he has it, then just say he does; if not, then just list that.

Congratulations! Someone mentioned that they finished scheduling interviews for November so you'd probably be getting a December interview. They'll most likely schedule at the end of this month (last two days) or beginning of nov. Good luck!

Do you know on which date did NVC stopped scheduling interviews for month of November?

From what I understand, you only need to send the IRS transcript and it doesn't need a w-2. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong?

Btw if you feel at ease by sending in the w-2 then do so, extra documentation never hurts anyone. Good luck!

They're working on random dates, some folks from August are still waiting and some with a scan date of sep 17th have gotten a case complete. Hopefully you'll hear the good news this week!

I think it also depends on the region... considering number of cases Mexico, India, China, and Philippines are at the top.

I just do not see a pattern in the dates of case completes. It's pretty frustrating. Our AOS and IV original scan date was July 15 (sent together) and we received an AOS check list on Sept 10 with a reply scan date of September 23. I see original documents from August not reviewed yet, Checklists from October scans already CC and other Checklists from August still not CC. It's so confusing.

Does anyone see a pattern here or have any insight in to how they believe they are processing? I have no idea if I'm supposed to plan on the 60 Day wait (which puts us around November 23 for CC) or I'm supposed to think it could be any day now. What a rollercoaster!
