AOS Timeline (L)

March 23: Marriage

June 10: Mailed AOS via USPS 2 day priority delivery

June 12: USCIS Received paperwork

June 17: NOA1-Text messages confirming AP/EAD and AOS

June 23: NOA1- Hard copy AP/EAD and AOS

June 27: Biometrics Letter in the mail for July 7th

July 7: Biometrics Appointment

August 21: EAD Approval (Email Notification)

August 24: AP Approval (Email Notification)

August 25: Hard Copy NOA2 Received for EAD/AP

August 25: EAD/AP Card is Mailed/Document Production

August 28: EAD/AP Combo Card Received

October 8: AOS update: Card/ Document production (NO NPIW letter or Interview)

October 9: AOS "Decision"

November 20th.. How abt urs?

Nov 26th and I was approved 8/14 which I believe is before your NOA2. Who knows how they scheduled these things!!? At first I called the NVC and pressed option 3 (they just tell you whether or not a date has been set) But to get more details I called the Embassy

11/25 - APPROVED
12/1 - CEAC status AP
12/3 - CEAC Visa Issued

Yea i know they probably do them by random order lmfao who knowss!!

I called 1 (877) 804-5402 be ready to pay 7 dollars.. Have a credit card with you! Good luck

That is an automatic message. For k-1 the embassy schedules the interview. You will have to wait a few weeks after the status changes to ready for you to receive your interview. You can either call the embassy or email them! good luck!

Thanks a lot stefani. By when do you think they will receive the case after today? Does it take long to change to ready

it took about a week for the NVC status to change to ready. My case was received close to the time that they were scheduling interviews, so for me it took less than 1 week if i remember correctly. I believe that they will update the interview list at the end of the month.
