My wife has been here a little over a year now. However, we are divorcing with no kids and property etc. We have have no joint accounts, bills, cars, or anything at all. We had to refile by end of Sept. What will happen now?

We were married there and I sponsored her to get here. She has a 2 year green card issued last late august and should expire 2 years from then I guess. But we were supposed to refile correct? She said the end of this Sept 2014.

Once you are divorced she can file the form I751-waiver ,she doesn't need your signature for that. She has to proof bonafide marriage,probably she submitted already the I-751 waiver.

Don't bother calling USCIS,because they will not disclose her case with you ever.

Move on. Whatever she does is none of your concern now. The sooner you let go of anger and start thinking about yourself, the better for you because you will not waste another moment thinking about somebody that did you wrong, if that is the case.

She can petition to remove the conditions on her green card 90 days before the 2 year anniversary in order to receive a 10 year greencard.

However, if you get divorced she can file straight away, no need to wait for the 90 day window.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do now. Move on, try and put this behind you and keep smiling

It doesn't, it's still in effect regardless of whether you're married or divorced.

Then the government probably won't come after you if she gets her own benefits from the government, most of which she's banned from getting until she has held her green card for 5 years. Also there have been some who have sued for support based on the I-864. How well that works depends on where you live.
