Do you? Apparently not. What was approved and financed - not "paid for" seeing that the US has always run a deficit - was a pilot program worth $1 billion that brought about an "electronic fence" on 53 miles of border between AZ and Mexico. 53 miles - $1 billion. There are some 2,000 miles of border so you do the math. And all of that says nothing about the sorry state that that particular pilot was in for as long as it went on. The GAO has come down hard on this project on about a dozen occasions.

So, try and read the papers every now and then. You might just stand a chance of making informed contributions to a discussion once.

Interesting: the CDC changed their "Ebola Prevention" page on Sept. 19th. Here's what was excised:

You do know that investing in infrastructure is a sound economic measure? You do also know that stimulating the economy via infrastructure programs is not new and was not 'invented' by Obama?
