NOA1 not recieved yet should we worry?

I sent in jan 6th and i got almost just in the end of the month...

I think its normal... You'll get it soon.

Visa Approved!

Removal of Conditions

21/03 - VSC Received it

24/03 - NOA 1

27/03 - Check Cashed

08/04 - Biometrics received

July 8th - Approved

We mailed ours Feb 16 to Nebraska and have not recieved NOA either. Delivery confirmation at NSC dated as Feb 18.

Just opened the mailbox tonight and there it was. Date today Mar 9

Congratulations - we got our in the mail yesterday too finally :) question... on the timeline do i put the date the letter was sent (it says the k1 was received on 2 march) or do i put the date we received it (9 march). Silly question but i think it is the date it was touched there in nebraska so i put on my timeline the 2 march)

No need to reply if this is correct :)

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

I think this is our most common worry. Not hearing anything the k-1 is a long process, and it is nerve wracking.

Patience, and Endurance is a must!!!!!

I don't know what to suggest but when I was going through all this I just tried to keep busy and hope for the best although most of the time I was trying to keep from cracking up.

trying to keep busy and focusing on the parts of the process you can influence, making sure you have all the docs ready for the interview, wasting minimum time in preparing them when time comes- that`s what keeps us "occupied"

to dwell on things you cannot influence drives you insane, and yet we still do it :P
