Help on the usvisa-info.com that the consolate sent us for K1

We got the email from the consulate: Once we have received the Applicant’s Statement, we will schedule your appointment and notify you via email of the appointment date. Prior to your interview, you will be required to register for courier service and pay the $265 K1 visa fee online at https://usvisa-info.com/. You will need your case number, which begins with NPL, in order to complete your online registration.

the problem is you have two options to select, Nonimmigrant Visa Applicant or Immigrant Visa Applicants.

We went to the nonimmigrant visa application for the k1 because it asks us did we already complete the DS 160 form. The other doesn't.

But when we have to selection the drop down menu for the type of visa.....K1 visa is not in the drop down menu.......

Any idea what anyone else done?

Hi, at least for Mexico it is under Immigrant visas

I think that is our problem....its under "Immigrant" visa not "Nonimmigrant" visa.

Did you complete the DS-160 from the consulates website? You need to do that first.https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

Yes that was done last week.

Just create an account https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-it/iv/information/k_visa and follow the instructions.

Yup, this is so confusing! I wish they could just pick one! :)

On DS-160 - It is non-immigrant

On the usvisa site for payment, it is Immigrant

First you need to create the account and then once you have that and are signed in, there will be an option to pay visa fee.

Once there you pick immigrant visas, you should see an option for K1

From there, follow the instructions. I had to click through a couple screens that were for info, but I kept clicking and got to payment

Obviously, I did mine for a different home country/consulate, but same website it looks like

After the payment screen it's asking for appointment info. I don't have a date yet, so do we just wait??
