It sure does! When was the last time you've been with your husband?

:( First week of last May was a year, but it feels like a million years. :(t4582.gif

Hey VJ Family!

Congrats on all the recent CCs!! :dancing:

SOLOENTA!! WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE? I thought you'd be waiting or have your interview date by now!!

Sorry been MIA since I sent my AOS & IV bc I was getting super stressed out & constantly ill so I just made myself busy so time just went by quicker, which it really did! I was just checking the last few pages to see what dates they're working on...looks like Sept 2nd!! That's good! My AOS & IV scan dates is 9/18 & later we sent Police Certs Scan Date 10/7....so I still have a little more waiting to do but I wanted to take a peek and see what dates they're currently working on and if they've gotten better or not. I still need to do a lot of catching up on this thread. Been praying for all my VJ fam!

Praying for NVC to speed up and that everyone here gets thru NVC and a speedy CC!!

MARIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA :D, so happy to see you and thrilled avoided getting so stressed out. Where do I begin Let me try to make this painless. :D Not sure if you know any of the following.

I was told by Don our AOS's forms were accepted, Aug 10, then on Sept 24 Th I Amanda told me CC this I think was on a Friday I called Monday Sept 27Th to confirm I had a funny feeling and Reese said no they haven't even looked at your files yet. After three supervisors that didn't nothing I was told I needed to send my parents marriage certificate and told I didn't have to have it translated, this is my fault because i believed them. Sooooooooo I sent in a copy and then thanks to Austin I sent in the Translation so $81 dollars later they received the last of the paper work Oct 22 :( Now I have to wait again. :(t23126.gif That's about it, I did the bestest I could to make it short.

I'm more than thrilled your well on your way. :D:dance::yes::dance:

Well, I am pissed mad and happy allin one! I think he got the visa "he texted me all went well" before his phone died and that is haiti no electricy....so havent hear from him as he was out all day, when he made it home called me but was at work could not talk , call back later, his sleeping head is sleeping and not answering his phone.......the drama of long distance relationship, cant wait to be done with that mess....

God I hate that we have a ten hour difference and it's not fun. :( Oh well, if she's sleeping I'm sure it's from relief and he has or will have his Visa :D:dance:

3rd checklist!? :wow:NVC usually gives up to two checklists! You got really unlucky!

Congrats on your CC! Your NOA1 is May, 2013!? :wow: You were super patient! :star:

March, 2013!!?? :wow::wow::wow: You definitely win the prize of the longest wait time!:cry::cry::cry::cry:

Yes Austin...I guess I can look forward to taking the prize for most AOS checklists

I begged to be allowed to take the corrected form in to the interview but I was told that wasn't possible. So I just responded to the checklist and put it behind me. Plus I travelled to be with my husband for about a month and this helped to ease the pain of waiting as well
