The NVC October Moral Support/Ranting Thread

POSTING HERE FOR JOY SAKE - and because this is my favorite thread!

3 days after I got the AOS checklist, I requested an NVC expedite and it was granted. So, this morning when I check my Visa status it said at NVC and I called, they guy say it looks like they cleared the mail which means they must have find them to send to embassy but I really dont know. Anyway, I just checked CEAC and I saw this:

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center. How can I have an interview date when NVC told me they no longer has anything to do with the case? Or is this a generic message. How and when am I going to get interview date?

Shoukran Maana Ahmed your so sweet and kind, no I don't take medication for migraines they have a tendency to backfire every once in a while so I don't take anything for them. Usually try to be in my room make it as dark as I can and just try to sleep.

But we do know everything ! Proof: Have you ever seen a guy ask for directions? Enough said.

Between them supervisors, it's like talking to dumb, dumber and dumbest. If they can't figure out this convoluted process, how could they expect us outsiders to trust we're been treated fairly? Being overwhelmed with workload is one thing, playing God with people's lives is just bordering on the criminal.

Even if this mighty supervisor huddle reaches the conclusion that the AOS checklist was real, they have the authority and they should exercise it to forward your case to the Consulate and ask you to bring an updated AOS to the interview. Raise this point to the idiots if they don't get their act together soon.

No hahahaha GPS fixed that or you would all be going around in circles

I agree I need to find out who I can talk to that is higher than them this is just to much, I just can't fathom the depth of common sense and knowledge of their work. We pay for a service we don't get and on top of that mistreated. There has to be a person higher than them?

I know what you mean but I also know the AOS is perfect and why did I get two false check lists for the AOS? TWO! I just don't know what to do and since my husband is working two jobs I don't talk to him as often as I would like and the poor guy falls asleep while we are talking sometimes. I find it cute and adorable but at the same time need to hear his voice and talk to him. He has also made himself sick with all the work he's doing poor thing. This just has to get better. Well that means your files are on the way to the Embassy and I think once they get there you can call the Embassy for the interview. Be patient my friend someone will be by to help you if they haven't already and may I say so happy to see you ((((((((((Goddalone))))))))))

I dont and sometimes is nice just to "relax" we have our own busines(catering)s but jezz I dont know what else to do, I just finished my 6 month curse to be amake up artist lol. I have a degree in culinary arts/ I am a chef so I can't wait to start working on a restaurant.. how u guys manage to work smd this stressful time

You need to send in the 2013 tax information for the joint sponsor, if you can't get that then apply for a tax transcript at the IRS, they usually mail one in or you can even call and have it faxed.

Btw Aisha baji, you probably don't remember me but I remember you from Ferris High School.

Thank you Romii i am really so tense right now to find joint sponsor but the problem is that the sponsor i found is not having Tax return and she said that if she give me tax return transcript then she cant give me W2 , this make me confuse should i ask my husband to find another sponsor? And romii i never went to Ferris High school.

Wow what an incredibly soul you are, I love my parents so much im sad ill be away from them so I am enjoying every sec. I am from a small town so theres nomuch to do here, plus 110 degres and 60 humidity haha, praying this journey will be over soon!

Hi soloenta, sweetie, sorry about the stress you are going through. if there is any problems with the aos, why won't they just freaking give you a cc, and tell you to bring a new one to the interview. Geez these games nvc is playing is just so annoying. Men, they are just holding you up from an interview. Damn you were supposed to be the first in the group with a cc. I am so sick and tired of these morons, get the job done already. I will continue to pray, remember every disappointment is a blessing.
