When is the best time to call the NVC - any numbers on that? Just got off a 75 min hold - and got hung up on when they answered... :(

It used to be great to call in the evening now it takes me 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to get in line then talk to someone. Word got around. :(

So I would say try 7:01 am. Good luck. :)(F)

Yes it's very difficult to call these days! Even at 7:01, you can expect to be delayed for about 20-30 mins.

Do you have any updates on your case soloenta? Did any of the people you emailed replied?

No will call tomorrow see if they scanned the Translation into their system, not holding my breath on that one but they did arrive and were signed at NVC yesterday morning. :) t4582.gif

I always call after 7pm. Yes .. 30-45 min hold

NVC is now reviewing two packages together so it's taking more time for people who sent a checklist document alone, unfortunately. :cry:

NVC is now reviewing two packages together so it's taking more time for people who sent a checklist document alone, unfortunately. :cry:

It keeps happening to me again and again and again. Delay at every damn process :cry: it's so frustrating now.

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Case transferred to NBC- 12-18-2013

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Now they are telling my 60 days to review my DS260 (upon which hinges my 'expedited' case being sent to MTL)!

Just returned from 3 days spent with my kids (haven't seen them since Sep 1st and I am not allowed to cross the border to visit). Maybe I should take up video gaming to wile away the days....
