August 27th scan date here and patiently waiting though I've seen random people with October scan dates and got their cc. I'm still hoping for the best this week. Please NVC hurry up and give us our case complete please!?

07/18/2014 - DS-261 Completed

07/19/2014 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

07/24/2014 - AOS Packet Scanned in

08/22/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

08/25/2014 - DS-260 Completed

08/27/2014 - IV Packet Scanned in

10/24/2014 - CASE COMPLETE‼️?

11/06/2014 - Medical - DONE❗️

12/01/2014 - Interview @ 6:15am - APPROVED and VISA ISSUED❗️❗️❗️❗️

12/03/2014 - passport ready for pick up

12/08/2014 - Passport with VISA in hand?

12/20/2014 - POE

Thank you. My last scan date for checklist was august 19th .

i'm so happy for you! Always Jordanian must wait almost all 60 days ???, while some other filers got their cc after a month of last checklist ?

I hope u get your interview date in November ?

Yep it's true ! Do you think there is hope for a November interview still ?

I know I pop in randomly, but we got a CC yesterday! Last scan date was september 15th for AOS Checklist. Medical booked for November 12th and we are awaiting an interview date! :D

This really is #######. We r stuck here since April and people who entered nvc in July aug they got their case number in a week and sent both packages together and already have their cc. It's Uscis all over again. This immigration system disgusts me really. We have been the unluckiest people in this ever like me, soloenta, msc etc.

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Case transferred to NBC- 12-18-2013

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Case number- 5-31-2014

DS-261- June 10th!

AOS sent- 3rd july

AOS scanned- 11th July

IV paid- 14th July

DS260 submitted- 17th July

IV sent: 19th July

IV scanned: 24th July

Checklist for AOS: Email received 3rd sept :cry:

Response sent: 7th sept

Checklist scanned: 11th sept

IV approved: 17 sept :dancing:

CASE COMPLETE: 4th nov 2014!!! (AT LAST)

Interview: Dec 8th :dance: :dance:

I read in the other thread that they finished scheduling November interviews on the 17th. You might have a December interview but then again, you never know! NVC is so special :yes:

Yes it might seem very unfair, but everyone has their individual battles to fight in life. Maybe God is giving those a little break since they probably need it the most. Everything always happens for a reason and we can never understand each other's reasonings, nor can we put ourselves in others shoes.

InshAllah your turn is near, you've been so patient all this time. Have faith, you'll surely be rewarded for it.

So I left my phone for a moment today and I came back to see that my 5 year old had text her father (who has been back living in the US since Sep 30), it said:

"Daddy. I am sorry you have to handle this :(".

I am so sad that my 5 year old is being made to understand grown up emotions because her governments will not let her parents just be together. It's heartbreaking. At the same time, I am so proud of how thoughtful she is and understanding.

06/11/2014 - case received at Chicago Lockbox

06/16/2014 - case sent to Nebraska Service Centre

06/18/2014 - expedite requested

06/24/2014 - received e-mail from NSC that expedite is being considered

07/10/2014 - I-130 approved

07/17/2014 - approved case sent to NVC

08/11/2014 - expedite requested

08/12/2014 - NVC case number assigned (no IIN)

08/13/2014 - IIN received by email while on hold to NVC

08/13/2014 - DS-261 submitted

08/14/2014 - AOS fee billed

08/15/2014 - AOS fee paid

08/18/2014 - expedite denied :-(

08/27/2014 - Sent AOS and IV package

09/02/2014 - USPS shows package delivered

09/03/2014 - AOS and IV scan date

09/08/2014 - email from NVC stating to wait 60 days for review

09/17/2014 - IV fee invoiced (invoice date of 09/15/2014, therefore 33 days since submitting DS-261)

09/19/2014 - IV fee paid

09/22/2014 - IV fee shows "paid". DS-260 became available.

09/24/2014 - DS-260 completed.

10/28/2014 - AOS Checklist. Checking/savings account verification requested, despite joint-sponsor's AOS package being accepted. Told to send in letter to disregard checking/savings account in the application. Checklist states 60 BUSINESS days to review. :cry:

11/05/2014 - Letter sent to NVC requesting them to disregard checking/savings account.

11/13/2014 - AOS Checklist scan date.

01/07/2015 - Case Complete!!!

01/15/2015 - Interview scheduled for Feb 9!

02/09/2015 - Interview - APPROVED! :dancing:

02/10/2015 - Visa Issued

02/12/2015 - Visa handed over to courier

02/13/2015 - Visa delivered at 8am

02/22/2015 - POE (Orlando, FL)

I will be lucky if I did get a November interview but I had an obstacle every step of the way so I don't want to get my hopes up. I will just wait
