3. The marriage xertificate, we got married in AZ so its in english and its like a little piece, like a certificated they said u use forimmigrant stuff.

4.translate certify from the place they did it

6. Original one

7. Copy of my passport

8. Constancia no antecedentes penales

9. Certify translation of the police thing

10. Form, other info

Sorry dear you're passing through it....but let's keep the hopes up that things WILL move faster from now on!! I have faith that this whole backlog thing is about to be over. I think you should listen to Austins advice and avoid some threads. I also can't believe when people complain SO MUCH after being SO BLESSED! So I just ignore and pray for them

thanks for the support....I talked to a supervisor on my lunchbreak and I actually started crying on the phone...I just couldn't control myself. Can't even remember her name....she sounded and old and had a deep voice....#######! God, im a wreck! She said she is going to find out the details about my case till next week, she filed a supervisor request , she promises it won't take longer than a week tops. She says she believes me that I did send in my w2 and AOS form and promises to send another expedite request tomorrow if they don't respond. I found out on VJ facebook group that the same thing happened to another family last Thursday....lost their AOS form....Oh Lord help us they just do whatever they want. I also wrote to my senator and am gonna call my congressman when I get home.

Good so happy you got the process underway and I know how you feel I had a nervous breakdown because of the same thing and so much stress. I think I know who your talking about actually, very nice lady.

It's distressing to know this travesty is becoming common place.

Thank you all and wish you all good luck. I just realize that on the other NVC thread there are couple of individuals who had a big problem with my CC. I think from now on I am just sticking with this thread where there are lot of compassionate and friendly people compare to the other one.

I'm so sorry about all that!!

I really hope your expedite gets approved. Have you received their email saying the request "it's under review"? If so, it means they already send to the embassy and now it only depends on their answer (which can take 2 days to a month, depending how busy is it). I've seen people receiving their request about a week to ten days after the request, so hopefully this will be your case.

Good luck with that and I hope things get better.

No they are just asking for ur transcripts or tax returns/w2 which I m sure u sent. Call a supervisor and they will look through ur file. They must have lost it.

So, I'm tired of waiting for my lawyers to respond to the email I sent two weeks ago, which is when they insisted I'd have my case complete and interview date. Checklist scanned 8/29. I called yesterday and no new info, just told to call back after oct 29. So I'd like to look for this elusive N/A instead of just waiting for an email. I assume I have to call at least once more to get my IIN (have my case complete from checklist letter)? Any way for my lawyers to tell I've logged in without asking them?
