Soloenta I m so so so sorry!! My heart dropped to my feet on reading this really. A checklist at this stage is beyond cruel and horrible. Why don't u try an expedite request based on Nvc error? Tell them ur whole story how u got screwed at ucsis after applying in March 2013 and then tell them about the operator who told u about cc and that's it's a horrible wait ahead and they let u bring correction to interview. Tell them because of Nvc's mistake u lost 2 months fr no reason otherwise u would sent correction in July when they told u it's approved. This isn't acceptable. Another 60 days no way!

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Ok I just need to rant!!!!

I feel so ripped off by stupid NVC! the received our AOS package on 4th of August and our IV package on the 10th of September so after waiting the stupid 60 days and calling them to now realise that they are only reviewing both according to my last scan date which means I have to wait another month on top of the 60 days we have already waited.

its really stressing me out as im terrified of getting a checklist for the AOS package and now i have to wait another month to find out if its ok or not and if its not its going to put us back even more!!!! sorry i need to rant no one else in my life gets all this stuff. its driving me nuts!!

thanks for listening

I'm right there with you...my AOS was sent a month before my IV package...we got the "limbo" time between the two packages and one package act, and now we have to pay with an anxiety waiting.

But let's pray and ask to our God to give us patience to deal with all that!

You can come here and vent anytime you think is necessary my dear.

:)

Wear all together in this crazy NVC boat.

???

It can't be true..it seems they're going faster with reviews (around 50 days)... Just send what they need ASAP and pray to God!

I wonder if they seem to move slightly faster now since they are not reviewing as many packages. Earlier they were reviewing every package scanned in on a certain date. Now, they are omitting some packages since they will be reviewed at a later date when the last package was received for that case.

OMG!!!! i am so so so sorry Soloenta….i really think you should call up NVC and ask them to expedite your process….they gave you false information about your AOS…….i know it may not work, but hey it truly doesn't hurt to try….this is very unfair.

I am feeling depressed hearing your news...

Yes and another 60 days, I want to die. Thank you Austin Go bless you my friend.

I already sent the certificate. and yesterday I tried the last chance. I wrote a latter to my slate's senator explaining my case and it's not fair to wait another 60 days just to review one certificate.

Everyday I pray to Gad like that's the one thing I need for all my life.

Nvc is killing me

I need help, I can't think and the tears in my eyes doesn't let me see the screen very well. I need a link for I-864A sponsor now they are saying I made a mistake on part two item 13 my father is supposed to sign they said and put my husbands name and a letter stating why my mother didn't file taxes which I sent and have a copy of. :( I can't believe this so please someone help I can't think.

I'm so, so sorry, Soloenta. I think you have every right to raise hell and demand an exception to the 60-day review. :diablo: They have put you through a roller coaster of emotions and it's time they let you off the ride! Maybe one of your congress people can help? Good luck to you and big hugs.

I'm so very sorry I am in you shoes, just got off with NVC and just can't stop crying again, I don't know how much more of this I can take. Spoke to Sara she is talking about a checklist from June that I was told to ignore about some proof of relationship, W T F is that and why I think they men my parents. I think it's discrimination because well you know. :( I can't catch my breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
