Got our case complete and interview date but today I received a checklist for I-864 form part 13.a.1. It's indicated that my wife should bring new completed and signed forms on her interview. I rechecked my copy and I filled in correct figures in that item. What am I going to do now?!

Please scan it remove any information you don't want anyone to see and post it here and let us all see if anything is wrong. Someone will be able to help you out and figure what might be wrong. I bet it's something really small.

I believe I filled in correct figures. What I got is 1040ez. I filled out I-864 and put my AGI in that part where they are saying incorrect.

Can I leave that blank and fill it out instead on the time of her interview so I can ask help on the consul or interviewer on what correct figures to put in? Since I've decided to accompany my wife on her interview at the embassy.

I can see it perfectly but wait until someone that wont mess you up can help. It's a small thing that everyone seems to mess up so just wait you have time and someone I'm sure will answer you by tomorrow/today it's early here .

You want to go to the interview with everything perfect, you will just anger the CO if you ask them so just wait a tiny bit and you will have your answer Ty for posting it makes all the difference in the world. Now relax until one of our brilliant member can tell you how to fix the problem.

I remember that I filed my 2013 tax transcript as SINGLE and sent that one to them but I included a letter of explanation and told them my wife will bring the original amended tax transcript on the time of her interview. Is it possible that this is the reason why we got that checklist?

Now I need the tears of happiness to stop. I have no idea how this transpired. Perhaps it was due to mine and my husband's phone calls to NVC and the Supervisor's this week. I guess it shows that it can pay off to persevere.

Our only hope now is that all of our VJ friends also get a CC soon and can be back with their loved ones as soon as possible.

Oh so you call it Cilantro also? I know in the UK they have another name for it I thought it was Coriander, but not sure. So guys from Overseas what do you call Cilantro?

I love it so much I use it in sandwiches instead of lettuce.

We call it coriander in the UK whether it's seeds or leaves. I remember watching a recipe on Youtube and this guy was like "add some cilantro" and I was like "wait, Americans have a different name for coriander?" xD

I love it too but probably wouldn't have it in a sandwich I love it in chicken curry.

Do you by any chance own your own business? The only times I have seen AGI be incorrect for a 1040EZ is when NVC actually wants your income minus business expenses.

If you're a regular employee then I got nothing. Maybe it is because of the amendment? If the AGI figure is the same on the amendment then I would go along with that same figure.

I am a regular employee. I have my father as my joint sponsor and I also filled out I-864 for him and it's perfect so I am wondering why mine is incorrect when I'm confident enough that I did it right. I even rechecked my copy here and there's nothing wrong I saw. I went to IRS office yesterday and told me that my amendment tax is still on the process and I can bring the tax transcript where they put a mark indicating that it's still processing. Actually I filed the amendment on July 2014 and until now nothing. Do you think the CO will accept it?

I agree sounds like it but just in case take both, they are just to evil not make sure you have all your bases covered and your very welcome.

I thought so , my nephew went to Bristol University and I thought he said they called it Coriander. I think my brain might be slowly unfreezing! TY sweet heart. Oh I love it I can eat it just like that.
