It's weird that you didn't receive the case complete email. Those typically go out 5 business days after case complete.

The interview email seems to be less predictable but will usually be sent within 1-5 business days as well.

Have you been receiving other emails from NVC? Have you looked in your spam folder?

I read on here somewhere in the past few weeks that if you get your case complete and then they book an interview for you right after your case was complete then you don't tend to get a case complete email, only an interview email. How many days since your interview was scheduled LRKO? If it has been less than 5 business days (keep in mind Monday they were closed) then don't worry yet!

Checking in in this thread . We have our case complete since 10-10-2014.

What do we have to do at the ustraveldocs website ?

funny thing is that my country is not on the list.

or is this the same as the YATRI system ( https://ais.usvisa-info.com ) ?

France is not on the list of ustraveldocs website either. I don't really know what this is..

YATRI system is to make an appointment at the embassy, right? (based upon P4 letter, we still need to register the appointment date/time) That is my understanding..

For those that rescheduled their interview date, please kindly help out. What is the format for writing such email, how should the request email look like.

Here is the email I sent:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe you have received my case a week ago from NVC. I have also completed the medical exams and vaccinations for myself and all my derivatives with Dr. xxxxxxxxx, your Panel Physician who promised to have the results delivered to you this coming Monday. Our interview date is scheduled for October 1st.

I have four school age kids whom I'm eager to have enrolled in the US as soon as possible, and would appreciate it if you could accelerate our interview date to cut down on lost schooling time.

Yes, we have received previous emails from NVC and usually in a timely manner...I didn't know if it was because case complete came then just a bit later, the interview was scheduled....I found out on the 14th but don't know when they actually scheduled it. If we don't get it by Friday, I will give them another call. Hubby's medical is on Monday so hopefully we will bet it by Saturday (UAE time).

I wasn't aware of that. That might explain the situation with LRKO's email.

My case has been in transit to brussels for a week now.

Tried finding it with the dhl shipping reference trick, but not luck.

(I did see a package shipped to brussels the week before that.)

Since you have been scheduled for interview already, you will only receive your P4 letter (interview appointment letter). I didn't receive any case complete email too, l only received my P4 letter.

Yep! No idea why it goes back to "Paid", but there isn't a lot of sense in this process as it is.
