Interview scheduled! November 21st. The Friday before Thanksgiving week isn't exactly the stuff dreams are made of, but I suppose I should be thankful we finally have an interview date.

Just wanna say.... Canada is starting to book! Got my interview date today! Early November... Not sure when I could hear her as it is raining and I am on my cell, but I'll get that email soon! Cc was sept 10. Sorry I haven't updated my timeline... I should probably do that. lol

Nope there is no timeline. Can takes weeks to months to years. Depends why a case was sent there. And how fast the agent moves on the case.

Thanks for the reply. Actually they have sent case to Washington dc. because my wife went to china for study 5 years in medical field. Other than That VO said to my wife in interview. Everything is ok from my side and interview was good to go. But they have to verify with washington DC hence they put the case in AP.

Interview scheduled! November 21st.

The Friday before Thanksgiving week isn't exactly the stuff dreams are made of, but I suppose I should be thankful we finally have an interview date.

NVC could have been kinder to you my friend after waiting nearly a month, but it's not in their nature to be accommodating... or logical. On the plus side, you're done calling NVC.

Best of luck to you and to all November appointees on your interview days.

Do you know how long it takes for NVC to typically mail the docs to the consulate/embassy? The NVC rep said between 7-10 days to recieve the p4 letter and have the docs leave property. But don't know if that was script?

Calling now.On hold.

How are all of you getting through?! The last couple of months, anytime I've called during the day I have been completely unable to get through even to get on hold. Yesterday I redialed LITERALLY 500 times. The only time I've been able to get through in the last few months is when I call at 4am PST... What's your secret?!
