Alien number when you have a visa E2

Hi all,

I'm finishing my forms and everything for status adjustment.

one information is missing: the Alien number

I called the USCIS department, the guy told me the Alien number is the I-94 number.

But the I-94 is 11 digits, and one of the form have boxes to fill and it's 9 digits for the alien number.

Someone have an idea about that?

Of course after my call, I started to complete my forms, and I found the form with boxes in last, so if the number is wrong, can I use correction fluid?

i searched and searched online, and it's look like you don't have an alien number with an E-2 visa.

someone can confirm?
