Algerian Consulate Visa Validity - K1 Visa

Hi all,

I'm new to this website - forgive me if this questions has been asked before.

I will be applying for a K1 visa for my fiancee that currently lives in Algeria. I want to hear form VJ members who have experience with the Algerian consulate. I would like to know how long was the visa validity to leave Algeria and enter the US? My understanding is that it varies, i want to get a rough idea on what to expect.
