Just a spin off from a different thread. How many of you think immigration peeps read our posts here? Also.......not for nuthin' but if you knew they did...would you want to edit anything you have written since joining?

I honestly dont think they read our posts. If they did i wouldnt care anyway Nor would i change or worry about what i had posted previously.

The thought had entered my mind, wondering if they would go so far. In some ways i would assume they SHOULD be a little to busy to put 2 and 2 together to compare information. Also i dont really think anything to detailed or personal is posted on here, nothing other than details of the case being delayed, etc etc which they already know that background

I don't think they take the time to read our posts. I wouldn't change a thing...I would hope they use my complainsto better the system that they have in place. Especially concerning AOS vaccination suppliment hell!!!

To USCIS,

If you are reading this post, there are a few things that I want to bring to your attention. Please look into these things ASAP, and make the immigration process smoother for Vjers.

Firstly, how come K-3's cannot get a temporay EAD? While the K1's can and are allowed to apply for a SSN #...all before receiving the EAD. So, the K-3's hands are tied until the EAD is approved. It doesnt' make much sense to me. what gives?

Secondly, how come the Civil Surgeons, can charge what ever ridiculous price that they can think of, to fill out vaccination suppliments. They also try to trick or persuade K1 and K3's into getting another full medical exam, when it isn't necessesary.

Please look into these issues, thank you for your time and patience.

A year or so ago one member claimed to be an immigration officer. You can take it with a grain of salt but he sure knew the regs and all the links to them. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that immigration staff regularly visit sites like VJ.

I voted No Way.. or atleast they shouldn't be... not that there is anything wrong with reading them.. but they have better things to do than be reading our posts.. like approving our cases!

Even if they were reading our posts, I wouldn't edit it any different, at least that way they truly understand some of the frustrations all this red-tape causes us.

I wouldn't think they would read here - most of the questions are so basic. But I know they read immigrate2us, especially all of the issues and problems in Ciudad Juarez and for a while people were editing posts out of fear . . .
