I got 221g for co sponsor.coz my husband didntusbandus

Husband di not meet the poverty guideline

My question is can he filehis 1-864 because he got income and make his mom co sponsor as a household since they live in the same house... ? So they can combined thier income tomeet the poverty guideline??? And they got asset name with them that they can add to that... but he is here in philippines for 2 years now.. his dominicileis his mom address his here for temporary..Hope to hear from you visa journey.

I don't know a ton about the IR/CR-1 process, and I have not read much on the variety of I-864's form available, I do see that the I-864a is for combining incomes, just not sure what the embassy is asking for with your 221g

Looks like they will accept his mom as you are wanting to do with the I-864a.

Yes.. but i wasnt sure thats why im double checking if there any same situation.. coz in the interview the consular said. We will see if u will need co sponsor... abd thats what they email to us..
