So it means....we all be interview in one location? We were thinking that the application will be process here in hongkong because we have heard it doesn't take a lot of time.

If the application is received in the immigration.. How long do we have to wait to know our schedule interview?

If you are residing legally in Hong Kong, then you can interview there. Have your UCS petitioner use your Hong Kong address on the I-129F and list the consulate in Hong Kong as the one you will apply at. List the children on the I-129F too. They will have one year from the date your K-1 visa is issued to get K-2 visas. They would apply and interview in Manila. There is a little bit of K-2 info in the Manila instructions. You can contact them about the details of the process and requirements. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_updated%2010%20SEP%202014_.pdf

Hello, I'm also from the Philippines and my fiancé just recently filed K1 petition. Upon checking on my WAC# at the USCIS web site, it indicates that the petition is on initial review as of september 9. 2014. My question is how long usually it takes to received the NOA1 and NOA2? And my when my fiancé filed the petition he have not yet send the I-130. Is the USCIS will request for it before I received my NOA2? Or it will be during my interview?

Please reply.. Thanks!
